DESCRIPTION

Gets or changes a signal disposition.

SYNOPSIS

long sigaction(int signal, const action *, action *old);

RETURN VALUE

• Returns a non-negative result on success. Negative values are ABI errno codes.

ERRORS

• -EFAULT
  • The old or new action pointer is not accessible userspace memory.
• -EINVAL
  • The signal number is invalid or uncatchable.
• -ESRCH
  • There is no current process.

ABI

Arguments enter through the direct syscall ABI; validation is performed before entering the process subsystem.
